I'm going to be frank, what kind of Manager do they have at this place, do they even have one? Because I didn't see one last night when we came in. There was only one bartender and she was running the whole show.--Waitressing, bartending, and bussing tables, maybe washing dishes. Luckily they had two cooks. Poor Girl, I didn't catch her name, but she said sorry a million times. Food was good, but who has one person in a place that size doing everything? Hi Holly, we normally have one waitress, one bartender in on Wednesdays, but had someone out with the Flu last night. I'm sorry if you had a longer than usual wait, but please know it should be an isolated incident. I always side towards overstaffing rather than having poor customer service from understaffing, it just didn't happen well last night.
