#1 prenatal treatment! Ladies do yourself a favor and visit Dr. Harrison at The Balanced Atlas. He is so knowledgeable about alignment and has helped me stay pain free during my pregnancy. Bonus*** there is parking in the back so I don’t need to waddle far :) Dr. Harrison is also highly recommended for newborn adjustments to prevent digestive problems, sleep issues and proper growth progression. I can’t wait to take my little one to see Dr. H when he is on the outside! Highly recommend!
