The tacos, ceviche and quesadillas were all delicious, guys showed up on time and even stayed a little longer because some of our guests arrived a little late. The team on site was organized, fast and very clean. Everyone at the event loved the food, for sure our catering team of choice in all our future gatherings. Thank you to The Baja Shrimp for the great experience.
Absolutely amazing tacos! Layers & layers of flavor. Had 3 different tacos. All fantastic but the rib eye taco will definitely make you come back. Quick fast and hot. Salsa bar is on point as well.

I had the Baja shrimp truck at my home for a catering event for my grandmother‘s funeral and their service was phenomenal. Baja shrimp tacos for the best ,also shrimp fries and steak and shrimp Tacos were great too!!
These people are amazing. Always in a good mood I always hire them for catering!
