Easy to find and ample parking. We dropped in to get new pillows, btw, it's the best place to get the 'right' pillow for you. We've been in the market for a split king adjustable bed and until we walked in, the best quote we had was $12,500. These guys were able to supply a superior product, Western Australian made, and for under $6000! Risky and non refundable. A nice salesperson on the day of purchase who listened patiently turned to become an impatient person who would pretend trying to help me while not letting me to talk when I came back with an issue.
I had a very disappointing experience at The Back and Neck Bed Shop, Booragoon. I specifically requested a natural fibre pillow, but the sales assistant recommended a synthetic one without properly disclosing the materials. When I realised the mistake at home, I returned to the store expecting a refund under Australian Consumer Law, as I was misled during the sale.
