My experience with Nicole Arslanagic was phenomenal. She is very professional, dedicated, and knowledgable about the market. She really listens to her clients and was incredibly patient with me, a first time home buyer. Her availability went beyond expectations. In addition she is also very resourceful. She always had an answer for me and all of her recommendations were excellent. I really trusted her input and she always had my best interest. It was a true pleasure working with her.
Nicole Arslanagic helped us buy our first house! As a first time home buyer, we had A LOT of questions. Once we met Nicole, the whole process felt a lot less stressful. She did not pressure us, but was endlessly supportive in getting what we desired. Nicole was always responsive and was able to answer our questions. If she could not, she immediately put us in contact with someone who could get us answers. Her professionalism and expertise helped us every step of the way. This year, our family made the big decision to build a new home in Washington, DC after moving from overseas. Rashid Mohammed is an absolutely joy to work with. I have been in sales and customer service for over 20 years and what I experienced working with him is exceptional.
