Very responsive management and maintenance team, great amenities, very quick with all requests. This has been my favorite apartment I've lived at in Austin!
The staff is very attentive, and the community is quiet and safe. I really like the amenities and the overall maintenance of the place.
Update: I have been here for almost two years, and it’s still a great place to live! Friendly stuff and community, great amenities, and I love my apartment and a backyard. Finding a safe, clean, and homey apartment was not easy for me, but after searching for the right spot, I feel lucky to have found The Avery. The new apartments are comfortable, and the amenities are great. The dog parks are perfect, offering a convenient and well-maintained space for my dog to play. We just moved in a week ago, and Lily was amazing! She helped us through the whole process, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable.She made moving in so much easier. The apartment is fantastic. Everything is new and clean, the neighbors are quiet, parking is easy, and it feels very safe.
