Great apartment and amenities, my only gripe are the hallway floors… they are full of stains and very unkept. Our guests are worried about our apartment complex up until they enter our apartment door. To The Avery Management: Please clean the hallway floors!!! They are full of stains and dirty.
The Avery is an incredible community, top notch apartments, the amenities are incredible and best part if you have a furry friend like I do, this is the place to rent! My apartment was so spacious, a cute balcony and a nice mini office area for me to work :) The Avery team are incredible as well and they respond quickly to any maintenance requests. Im definitely going to miss them all!!! Thank you for everything!
When you think of The Avery, one can't help but wonder what this apartment complex would be without Lily Serrano. She is friendly, engaging, and attentive with all future and current residents. She was available to help and answer all questions I had during the application process. She gave a wonderful tour and was the ultimate reason I decided to choose this place to live. Lily has been the absolute best. She walked me through all of the options of layouts and was so patient and kind and even helped me apply. I seriously am so thankful for her!
I’ve only been at the Avery for about a month now, but so far so good. The apartments are really nice. They’re well appointed, feel very comfortable and are in a really convenient location. The assistant manager Ana Martinez was really helpful with information about the apartments when I still lived out of state and with helping me make a decision and secure my apartment.
