Horrible staff. Very unprofessional. Buildings are filthy, for what you pay ALL amenities should be working during the hours they are supposed to be and they are not. You can not reach after hour officer at ALL... Invasive and most inspections every 90 days... Would never ever recommend someone move here.
I love this place! First class all the way. It feels like a quiet, mountain retreat but it's super close to major highways and downtown Asheville. Diane Areno is the Community Manager and she is amazing at her job. I've had an opportunity to also be in contact with the owner of all these properties, John Flournoy, and was delighted to feel how welcoming and friendly he is. Great complex, moved back to florida, but loved my apartment. Staff is wonderful. Recommend living there.
