Where do I start with this company? Everything was “okay” up until we decided not to renew our lease (there’s way better apartments out there for the same or lower price) about 60 days ago, we received a call asking if we were going to renew our lease. We told them we were NOT renewing over the phone, and they said that we didn’t need any further paperwork for that. Staff is horrible and unprofessional.
I have been living in the Aventine Asheville Apartments for 2 years now and the staff is amazing. Tieara and Jamie provide the most amazing customer service in the front office. They always take the time to ensure all my questions and concerns are met. Kelvin, Thor, and Jason on the maintenance team are the best I have ever experience. The leasing agents do not know what they're doing. The lighting and storage in the apartments are very bad. Tenants leave their cigarette butts in stairwells and the stairwells are never cleaned. You constantly hear the noise of Interstate 26.
The leasing office doesn't have a clue as to how to process paperwork. Multiple mistakes made. And when they know they made an error, they say they have no control over the error. TWO people gave us wrong information concerning our lease termination. The constant noise of I-26 is terrible. The lighting in the kitchen is hideous, with shadows cast everywhere. I had the best most customer service friendly leasing agent that I ever had with Jaime Bailey! She is awesome and when the AC went down on move in day, they made sure we had a portable AC brought to the apartment. Bravo Zulo to Jaime and the maintenance staff!! I sure hope my living experience is A+ like the start of my stay here at The beautiful Aventine community!!!
Aventine is great! Moved here 3 years ago right when it opened and then moved out of state for 8 months. Had absolutely no issues with the move out process. We liked it so much here, we decided to move back into the complex when we moved back to NC. We even considered other complexes but the quality, dog parks, and location didn’t compare. Jamie and the entire team really went above and beyond the make sure we were able to move into the exact apartment we wanted.
