We have really enjoyed living here-the staff is friendly and helpful and maintenance is incredibly efficient. This has been my best experience renting so far.
I have to say, my experience was well above average for typical apartments. The staff was allows friendly along with the complex being easy access from airport and downtown. I also loved how quiet thIs site is! Thanks for the roof and community Advenir at Stapleton!!!
The management at this place is horrific. I have about 7 horror stories I could list right here. It's not the fault of the people who work there -- it's whoever puts the rules and procedures into place. Not at all tenant-friendly.
I wish no stars was an option. The ridiculousness I just witnessed up to and including a worker being so forceful as to almost break appliances in front of tenants moving out was crazy. The office staff is totally unhelpful, and the people coming into your home who should have compassion and respect for your home are nothing but rude. Plan to get a lawyer if you plan to live here. They will rob you blind, like pet fees that cover and pay for absolutely nothing....except maybe that ugly fenced in court yard.
We have lived here almost 3 years and the staff and management has been nothing but kind to us. Thanks for making our last 3 years enjoyable And worry free! (We love Kim!)
