My car window was smashed
DO NOT LIVE HERE. They let squatters stay as long as they would like and take dumps all over the complex. They do not upkeep with safety and security and you will regularly wake up to homeless people in the hallways. I have gotten 3 packages stolen off my front mat by squatters down the hallway and then WATCHED as they sold the items to cars in the parking lot for cash. I do not feel safe living here and it is absolutely NOT worth the price.
My experience here at Advenir at Stapleton for the last 8 months has been my worst nightmare. The facility is completely disgusting and the office staff is more than negligent. This place should be reported to the Health Department for various reasons. 1. I’ve reported to the office staff over 30 times now due to not having hot water. My heater has been force blowing heat since May. It’s July and it’s 90 degrees in my apartment! I did a work order online in May and nobody ever came/ I did one in June and nobody came. I yelled at the office and they sent the maintenance person two days ago. They didn’t fix anything and gave me attitude. Now I called the office, they called the maintenance person who said it’s not an emergency and I have to wait two more days! You guys are awful. Do I need to sue you? You’re going to kill my daughter. Don’t rent from them!
Heat and water are out often with little or no notice. Not fun in the winter. Elevators are breaking down a lot. Security is almost nonexistent. Poor lighting in the public areas. Gates that should work don’t. That is just the beginning of the issues here. Renters beware.
