I lived here as a transition to new home and was a great experience. The staff in the office and maintenance are welcoming, friendly and helpful! This community is very pet friendly which was great since I have 2 dogs. And very quiet which I was surprised with. Will miss the staff!
Living at Advenir at Stapleton for the past few years has been an incredible experience. The staff is always helpful, kind and efficient. I chat with all of them and enjoy their positive attitudes. The facilities are always well taken care of and comfortable. A pool, theater, office space, game room, gym, dog park, concierge...what else do you need? Love it!
I have lived here over 7 years and while I have had a few bumbs with parking and things I love it here! Staff and maintenance are great! I've very much enjoyed living here.
