RecommendedToday was my first time at the Automaster as my sons new to him but very old car had a recall. I was amazed that I could walk in with no appointment and be out in a little over an hour. The service was excellent, and I am so impressed with the whole department. Thank you!

Thank you so much Stacy! My honda accord starter went in the downtown parking garage yesterday, had it towed to Automaster without speaking to them and they were able to get it fixed today my family and I thank you too much what a great first time experience!!
The shuttle drivers and Customer service staff are great. I am reviewing the lack of hours for the service department: not open on weekends and closes at 530pm. So inconvenient. Also shuttles should run later, 4pm being the last time they leave certain areas is way to early. Taking my car in for service here is a hassle and makes for a very frustrating day.
My 15 year old car was on its last legs and I needed to find a car quickly and as painlessly as possible. My mechanic said I should check out Honda so I test drove the Fit and the HR-V. Both were great rides but the HR-V was meant for me. I have never leased before and I'm on a budget so my Sales/Leasing Consultant, Bob Scheck, made the process very easy and got me the price I needed. Awesome customer service in the parts department! Great service, helped fix one issue on the spot and were able to find a fix a second situation within an hour of just popping in.
