Dropped my car off this morning to have them see if the gas pump turning off every time I would pump was an issue. They were specifically told to NOT do anything else except to see if the engine code was for that alone. Did who knows what without calling my Husband FIRST. He gets a call that was only to tell him we have a $245 “diagnosis” bill. Tells my Husband they would take 1/10 of the bill off. Got his receipt and was charged the other amount still. We will NEVER purchase a vehicle from here again.

Hi Kimberly, After our technician spent some time diagnosing the issues, the fix ended up being as simple as sealing a chaffed wire and cleaning mud out of a clogged vent. Once the technician identified a simple fix we determined that it would be more cost effective to resolve the issue on the spot. RecommendedAutomaster has serviced my father's 2010 Mercedes for ten years. They have been always prompt, courteous and helpful. John, their service manger, is excellent. When the initial order to purchase a 2020 Mercedes from Automaster was delayed by Mercedes in Germany due to CoVid 19, they helped to locate a similar car at another dealer. Our sales person Spencer was particularly helpful . Spencer is knowledgeable about the product as well as being courteous and efficient.

First time patron getting my Honda Civic recall fixed. They exemplified courtesy and professionalism as well as speed. They went above and beyond in even detailing and cleaning out my front seat as well as a general fluids check. There is a reason they are called "Auto Master".
for my 30th Birthday I bought the mom car of my dreams a 2002 v6 3.0 ex Accord (Oh man is she ugly!) there was a recent recall on my airbag and I brought her in the automaster shelburne rd and I was tickled at all the new cars. I was there waiting for my husband’s car to be serviced. While sitting in the customer lounge I overheard some of the Mercedes salesmen saying it was rude for a customer to just stop by without an appointment. All I heard them doing was trying to decide what to order for lunch from Olive Garden. So if I’m out and about and see a car I’d like to test drive I’m supposed to go home and come back when I have an appointment? I don’t think so

We visited the Automaster, for the first time, this week for warranty work on our daughter’s new to her 12 year old car. We received friendly, prompt, and honest service. AND, we even left with a clean car!! Thank you, Automaster!
