On October 24, 2023, I purchased a vehicle from this dealer. The vehicle was a trade in that was traded in a month prior to me purchasing. While at the dealer that day, I was notified that the vehicle would need a couple repairs and the pieces had already been ordered and were in route. I highly recommend Mauricio Rubio! He is incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles and will really work with you to make sure you get the best deal. It's very evident that he cares a lot about his customers and what he does. As someone who is typically very intimidated by car dealerships, he did a great job to make me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process.
i brought my 2021 Nissan Rogue for a simple oil change on 6/24/2021 at Evanston Autobarn Nissan. It took over 2 hours for the oil change to finished with the service appointment. I was told they had to fixed a *** recall that is why it took more than 2 hours. I did not mind the long wait but they could have at least notify me while I was waiting. I was in their parking lot, sitting in our car while my husband was inside asking about pricing. One of their employees reversed into a spot, parked 4 inches over the yellow parking line, inside our spot, didn’t realize I was sitting in the car and hit our car hard as he was opening his door to get out. The worst customer service I have ever experienced and I have never had more regret in giving someone my business. I purchased a vehicle at the end of December 2019 and it is August 2020 and I still do not have answers to a question I have about my Sales Contract. Electric Car In 2013 I brought a Nissan Leaf from your Autobarn new. I even waited 2 months for its arrival. I put about $15,000 down and I paid $280 a month for 6 years. My last payment was July 2019. Less than month later I took my car in for brakes. I was told I needed $4,000 in serious repair. I was devastated.
