Follow up from the dealership was done properly. Appreciated the call without being pushy.
My overall experience was not good. I purchased a used car with the promise that before I took it off the lot, they would fix a few minor problems. They told me it would be ready in about 5 days. Three weeks to this day, my car is still not ready. No one ever called me to explain what was going on. Instead I was the one initiating and making phone calls, which they never returned. I finally threaten to cancel the contract, and that's the only time they took me seriously. If I don't have my car as promised by end of day today... read more
