Went down to the auto store for the second time in Salinas and junior and staff had me in a car soon. But they really fumbled the ball with financing I was supposed to be approved by the 28th and the credit union has no idea who I was when I went to inquire about the first payment. Today is the 19th and the credit union ran my credit for the second time almost a month later they are finalizing the approval. Not a happy buyer this time.
Great customer service!! this is our second car purchased at the Auto Store! i wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you Eric and staff for all the help and all the critical thinking to help me get my dream car!! 100% recommended!
