I come here late for petsitting and am never here for more than an hour.. My client gives me her FOB so I do not have to walk far by myself so late. Tonight I wasn't even here for 15 minutes and some jackoff with a towtruck and a flashlight was circling my car looking at it as I walked up with the dog and said that's my car he told me to park it on the street. Terrible service. Poor maintenance. Extremely Unorganized. Lack of Integrity. I moved into the Atwood Apartments when it was previously managed by ZRS Management. After resigning my lease for another, Carter Hasten made their purchase of the property immediately following. All expectations I had of the property quickly crumbled. Very sad to delete my original 5 star review of this property and post this. This is our current view from our yard - a lovely concrete/trash swimming pool that's been there for over a month. Also, my husband's car was almost covered in concrete by a construction worker at 5:45pm on Friday, without notice from the Atwood to move our cars. Come be our neighbor!
Junior was great today! He was very patient and showed us several options twice before we made a decision! My daughter is very excited about moving to Dallas and living at The Atwood!
This staff is top notch! Junior Venegas helped me so much with applying and getting approved for my first apartment. They helped me in so many ways. The complex is absolutely beautiful, their floor plans are so different. Everyone who comes into my apartment loves and has never seen such floor plans! I highly recommend this place!
Can't wait to move in in October! Very impressed with floor plans, amenities, and staff!

The Atwood is such a great complex I have know several friends that have moved here that love it. Amy Magee is one the leasing agents that is staffed there that does an incredible job working with potential clients and existing customers. It's been a pleasure working with her these past couple years and I look forward to going to this property every chance I get!
LOVE The Atwood! Such a cute property and the leasing team is so sweet and helpful! Beautiful interior finishes and well thought out floorplans! You can really tell they paid close attention to every little detail here!
