We honestly felt like we were wasting so much time trying to get our crawl space situation taken care of. We contacted several companies, received estimates that didn’t really give us the confidence we were looking for, and spent a lot of time dealing with companies that were not BBB accredited. We wanted to find a company that would actually listen to us, care about the condition of our home, and stand behind their work. Then we found The Attic Insulation Specialists, and it truly felt like they saved the day for us! From... read more

I manage several properties, and I recently hired The Attic Insulation Specialists for one of my client's homes. They completed a full attic cleaning, removed all of the old insulation, thoroughly air sealed the attic, and installed brand-new insulation. The crew was punctual, professional, and paid close attention to every detail. They left the attic spotless after the cleaning, explained the entire process, and completed the work on schedule. The new insulation was installed evenly and professionally, and the overall qual... read more

I couldn't be happier with the outstanding work Sergey and his crew did on my home. They completed a full attic cleaning, removed all the old insulation, and installed new R-38 fiberglass batt insulation with exceptional attention to detail. From the beginning, Sergey was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. The crew arrived on time, protected the house, cleaned the attic thoroughly, and removed every bit of the old insulation. They also sealed air gaps and made sure the new R-38 batt insulation was installed neatly and... read more

Sergey and his crew completely transformed our crawl space in Thousand Oaks and solved a problem we had been dealing with for years. We honestly thought this moisture issue would never be resolved after hiring another company that spent over a month going back and forth without fixing anything. From the moment Sergey came out, it was clear he truly knows everything about crawl spaces, attic moisture, and how to properly solve these types of issues. His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail were on another leve... read more

We recently had Sergey and his crew work on our crawl space, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and extremely detail-oriented. They thoroughly cleaned the crawl space, making sure everything was spotless before moving forward with the encapsulation. The encapsulation itself was done with great care, and the difference in air quality and overall feel of the house was noticeable almost immediately. They also installed a new dehumidifier, which Sergey took the ti... read more

can’t say enough good things about Haime and his crew, along with Sergey who supervised the job as a licensed contractor. We needed our attic and crawl space cleaned, re-insulated, and a vapor barrier installed in the crawl space, and the whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Haime’s team showed up right on time, worked hard, and treated our home like it was their own. They were very respectful, kept everything neat, and explained what they were doing along the way so we always felt comfortable and informed. ... read more
