My experience with the Atrium is nothing less than excellent. From the facility, dining, nursing staff, staff member's and activities was nothing less than extremely professional and comforting. The treatment that my father received during his time there from ALS care through memory care was exceptional. Nursing staff treated him as their own family member. Do not be fooled by the cleanliness of the Atrium and their sales pitch. The Atrium does not take care of your loved ones. There is no assistance in this assisted living facility. My loved one had several incidents at this facility (falls, caregivers hiding in the room, no night checks, and other incidents) When i brought my concerns to the attention of the Director of Nursing and the Director of the Atrium, they disagree, deny and dismiss all my concerns and advise “get a camera in the room” We don’t have any witnesses.
