My daughter had the apartment above her have a water leak. They had to cut open the sheet rock to fix the problem in my daughters apartment. The left the wall open for a week after missing several appointments to fix the problem and the stench was so strong I had to get her a hotel and when I asked for reimbursement they denied it. The worst was the there was no follow up. No responses to 3 calls and a email. I finally had to call and tell them that I would hold until the manager was available. Atrium has been super accommodating to me. Whenever there was a problem whether it would be technical or logistical, the Atrium staff was always open to help out . I have been staying here for around 6 months, and I have been able to live a very comfortable lifestyle. The location specifically is so nice because it is equally close to Westwood and campus.
We’ve been living here for a few months now and have really enjoyed our time so far. The staff are always very friendly and maintenance has been really helpful with the work orders we’ve filed and helped within a couple days. The location is perfect; it’s super close to campus and walking distance to Westwood village. The amenities like the rooftop are really nice and the overall apartment is very modern.

Lost my key in the staircase and dude refused to stop helping until I got it back even when we thought it was fersure gone. Very professional and super nice guy
