I've been a loyal resident of the Atlantic for 3 years, but recently the management's communication has been extremely disappointing. I've been trying to reach out for the past week regarding urgent matters, yet haven't received any responses to my phone calls. To make matters worse, my lease was renewed without any prior contact from management- something that never happened in previous years. I've lived at The Atlantic for almost three years and wanted to update my review as there have been many positive improvements recently. Frank, Adam, Sarah, and Jabbar from the concierge team are always helpful. Bret is quick to resolve any issues, and Ramzi goes the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. Tim & Jose hands down. However, a few things still need attention. Dog owners need to take responsibility and keep their pets on a leash. The management here is a joke. They use a third party company that staffs most of the employees. This company does not do background checks on people before hiring them. These people are in charge of our security and have access to the apartments. There are people working here with police records. For the price you would think all employees would be heavily screened, but not the case.

The apartment is overall good. Pros are (1) good location, (2) good amenities, and (3) many staffs are fair. Cons are certain services are not good: (1) no introduction of alternative payment methods that help resident to decrease/avoid high convenience fee; (2) no timely response regarding feedbacks from resident’s submitted move-in list, which contains malfunctioned ceiling light and dents on the floor; and (3) certain staff is rude, abusive (e.g., body shaming resident), and sloppy.

Lived here since January ‘23… concierge & doorman are run on a skeleton crew. For the safety of the building there needs to be more coverage. The current daytime concierge and doorman staff, Ramzi, Sabrea, Jabbar, & both Jose’s are great. However, they are stretched too thin. Whoever thought it was a “safe” idea to let random food delivery people in the halls of our building?! Who is watching the cameras or halls to ensure sure they all exit the building?
