While i only visited the Atlantic for a short amount of time the staff at the front desk ( specifically Frank ) was very kind and attentive all the time and made my visit to the atlantic amazing.

I had high expectations moving into The Atlantic, but unfortunately my experience has been consistently frustrating and disappointing. From the very start, my unit was missing essential hardware required for the apartment to function properly — specifically the Lutron control box. This isn’t a minor cosmetic issue; it’s a core system that controls lighting and shades. Truly a beautiful building with amazing amenities! The staff at the front desk and the doorman have always been so kind, and I love using the pool in the summer!
