Although I recently moved out of the Atlantic due to a home purchase, my experience living there for a year was outstanding. The staff are unbelievable, and I truly do miss seeing them on a daily basis. Bret and Tim were always very quick to address even the most mundane concerns. On top of the amazing amenities (a pool was always a non negotiable for me), the location cannot be beat. Would absolutely recommend the Atlantic!
There is both good and bad about this building; but the bad outweighs the good which is why I am only giving it 2 stars. The main issue is that their management team is largely unresponsive; and ignores important things that a tenant needs to know and understand (no orientation upon check in to understand the "lay of the land"; broken promises to install systems so that all components of the Unit properly work; and probably the most frustrating, having NO SYSTEM in place to alert residents when packages or deliveries are mad... read more
Excellent place to live- filled with thoughtful amenities and a friendly staff.
This is a warning, a cautionary tale so no one else has to go through what we have been going through My wife and I, moved into a one bedroom apartment just before Christmas in December of 2024. The Atlantic is an amazing building with truly top-notch amenities. The gym is large and well-equipped, the hot tub is always clean and one of the luxuries in the building, and everything throughout the property is beautifully maintained. The concierge and doorman staff are consistently helpful and professional, and the valet service is excellent — I once forgot to text ahead and Shannon from valet still had my car to me in five minutes.
