Nice building, atmosphere and general staff. Hope you don't run into issues with management or maintenance. This seems to be a echoing problem in the reviews for a reason. Besides the occasional delayed response to fix things within my apartment, my main issue is how rent is collected. Early in my lease I attempted to set up auto-pay, I don't like to think about monthly payments or risk being late. I'm 32, so technology is not foreign to me at all. After filling out the auto-pay form on rent-cafe, all seemed well. Next thing... read more
I moved here from NYC and am only leaving to be closer to family. The building itself is beautiful, the staff is super friendly, and overall it’s really well maintained. The rooftop is amazing, and I loved the convenience of having a dog park right up there. The location is also hard to beat. The rooftop pool/hot tub, grilling equipment, gym, lounge, and office are all meticulously cleaned and open 24/7 for resident use. -The customer... read more

From my AC constantly breaking and not being fixed for weeks on end, appliances breaking and not being fixed for months on end, and even mold in the gym locker room that went unfixed for a year plus. I moved out 7 months ago and have no regrets about leaving. While the building itself is gorgeous and in a prime location, the managerial issues and lack ... read more
This is a warning, a cautionary tale so no one else has to go through what we have been going through My wife and I, moved into a one bedroom apartment just before Christmas in December of 2024. We had looked at so many other apartments in Philadelphia before we pulled the trigger on the Atlantic, and we were both looking forward to living in this beautiful building. If we had only known, just how much emotional distress, anxiety, and frustration was awaiting us here at the Atlantic, and especially if we had known that the L... read more
