Truly a beautiful building with amazing amenities! The staff at the front desk and the doorman have always been so kind, and I love using the pool in the summer!
If you’re looking for luxury living in Philadelphia, look no further! The Atlantic is beautiful, clean, and the staff is all very friendly. Plus, the pool is the best in the summertime — you can’t beat that view!
I signed a 12 month lease with the Atlantic and faced immediate issues with the HVAC system that were unresolved for the entirety of the 6 months we stayed for. We submitted a ticket every few weeks and yet it was always impossible to get a comfortable temperature. We never got maintenence to actually come to our place unless we complained in person. We have an infant and this issue occurred through several heatwaves. We also had issues with the ensuite bathroom that were unresolved for again the entire 6 months of our stay.... read more
Although I recently moved out of the Atlantic due to a home purchase, my experience living there for a year was outstanding. The staff are unbelievable, and I truly do miss seeing them on a daily basis. Bret and Tim were always very quick to address even the most mundane concerns. On top of the amazing amenities (a pool was always a non negotiable for me), the location cannot be beat. Would absolutely recommend the Atlantic!
There is both good and bad about this building; but the bad outweighs the good which is why I am only giving it 2 stars. The main issue is that their management team is largely unresponsive; and ignores important things that a tenant needs to know and understand (no orientation upon check in to understand the "lay of the land"; broken promises to install systems so that all components of the Unit properly work; and probably the most frustrating, having NO SYSTEM in place to alert residents when packages or deliveries are mad... read more
