Jeremy helped me to build back to running from an Achilles tendonitis. Jeremy is very methodical and scientific in his approach to sports injuries and rehab. I highly recommend Jeremy for anyone would like to move pain-free.

I try to figure out things on my own using the resources that are now so widely available but there comes a time when one needs professional help. I needed a diagnosis of pain that had plagued me for 2 years and that I couldn't figure out myself. Jess provided that and the treatment plan for dealing with it. She is friendly, knowledeable, professional and effective. I will definitely be contacting Recharge Physiotherapy for any issues I have in the future.
Liam is knowledgeable and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
