Jeremy is the physiotherapist for my son's swim team. He has helped my son heal from knee and shoulder injuries. Jeremy is fantastic with younger people - he knows how to engage them in rehab and keep them motivated. I highly recommend Jeremy if you are working with an injury and want to quickly get back to the activities you love.
Jeremy who is now based at The Athlete Centre is a wizard. Not only is he a nice guy but he listens intently to his patients which is a rare trait and has experience beyond his years. He helped me to fix some recurring muscular issues that had plagued me for over 10 years in just a few sessions. Jeremy is super knowledgeable and well informed. He is kind and thoughtful and really listens to my concerns and addresses my health issues head on. Working with Jeremy has literally changed my life. I worked with Jeremy and Liam while they were providing physio in Forge Gym. We worked on balance and strength. As I am a senior who suffers from arthritis and chronic pain Jeremy would make sensitive adjustments to my workout that kept me active and stronger.
