Took 1st place in the BC Cycling Championships 1 yr post knee replacement (TKR) and 1-1/2 yr post hip replacement (THR) surgeries. Michelle and Josh at The Athlete Centre have been instrumental in my recovery while monitoring my status and adapting and fine tuning my ongoing training and its comprehensive program. While I've made huge gains we aren't done yet, but are definitely on the right path.
