I was wonder around the loft district on a very warm October afternoon. I came across an open house sign and called the number. I didn't realize that the open house has ended hours before. Any questions or concerns that I had were answered by Scott instantaneously. He kept my wife and I up to date on everything from day one until we closed. Scott and the Atacan Group helped us sell our first home and I could not recommend them more! He made the process extremely easy and stress-free. We had our house on the market for awhile before we hired Scott and in his hands it sold within a day over asking price. I had a month to find a place, close, and move-in. With such a quick timeline I needed someone who was going to be responsive and work as fast as I was. Working with Scott Sepkowicz was easy and a pleasure. He was more than accommodating of all my early morning meeting and late night calls. Scott followed up consistently to make sure the timeline was going to be met and get me into the house by the target date.
