Been here for 5 years now and Cortland has proven to be the best in ownership and management. Service has improved 100% and when they say they will do something bank on it getting done. Cortland has already begun the transformation of the property from neglected to WOW. New paint on all building exteriors, apartment remodels and now landscaping. The neighbors have always been great here and now we can all enjoy a home to be proud of rather than ashamed of.
Havent lived here but visited a number of times and stayed in at least 4 different floorplans. Staff is the best.... Especially Adam Davis goes over and above to assist and take care
My husband and I have lived here for two years. Now that Cortland is the managing company, we have nothing but good things to say. They put in a new bathroom floor to accommodate my husband's disability related need. All I had to do was ask the front office staff, and it was done two days later. We see lots of upkeep happening around the property and are really happy to call Gardens at Vail our home.
It would be great if Maitenance wasn't so lazy. Especially when it come to the air conditioning ..
