I have lived here for the past 3 years and it has been an amazing experience. The staff is kind and works with your needs consistently. Tiffany is so kind and responsive and the maintenance team is always so helpful and flexible with your schedule. The fitness center is amazing and the pools are super relaxing. My favorite part about this complex is the interior features. The renovated black and white cabinets with black granite countertops are modern and cute. I will miss this complex so much!
Very reasonable pricing for a great apartment! This was the best price per square footage. Morgan was a pleasure to work with and so sweet. She definitely made my experience easy and fun!
This is my second time renting with Cortland apartments but Aster in Dallas offers a second mile service. Especially from the leasing office and Jay in maintenance. Besides picking up my trash at the door every morning, he also have helped me with personal problems. Such as helping me jumpstart my car and figuring out what’s wrong with it. 😅 Jay has shown initiative in his job. I’m very happy here. Me and my sister love everyone here. I been in this property for 6 years (21303)(15108)(3101) Cortland is one of the reason I love calling The Aster my Home. Carlos truly cares about your wellbeing and always goes the extra mile to make sure all needs are meet. He’s really genuinely makes you feel like family. I have lived here 8 months and still love it! staff is extra friendly! Especially maintenance guy, Jacolbi. He is quick to make sure things are taken care of, explains everything, very professional and friendly! Even makes sure to make my blind dog feel comfortable. I strongly recommend the property.
I worked with Tiffany. As my leasing agent she did everything she could to exceed my expectations. Even when Tiffany wasnt around whoever I spoke with was pleasant and happy to help me. The property and apartments are very nice. I have a first floor apartment with a cute little private yard.Very clean non smoking apartments. I LOOVVVVVEEEE The Aster by Cortland ! I have lived at several Cortland community this one is my FAVORITE COMMUNITY. The only regret I have in life is moving out ! The Aster was always clean, quiet and lovely. Priscilla the community manager was always on top of things. Communications was never an issue ! My townhouse was just to DIE FOR ! I love love love love the Aster !
