Staff are friendly, attentive, and outstanding. Management and maintainance are responsive. Place is also quiet and location is great. Near groceries, restaurants, bus stops and train stations.
I have lived in this building for 2.5 years, and there are definitely aspects of it that I still appreciate. The location is excellent, and the apartments themselves are honestly much nicer and more modern than many more expensive options in the area. I live on a higher floor with a balcony facing 4th Street, so the natural light is one of my favorite parts of the apartment.
