What a FANTASTIC evening!! Thumbs up all the way around!!
Thanks to chef Todd and his team tonight for showing me that fine food is alive and well in aspen , food and service worthy of awards from buttery steaks innovative ideas and the lightest apple sponge dessert I have ever tasted. When ever I wish for a great meal there will be only one place to go in aspen as far as I'm concerned.
Unbelievable. From bar mixologists to staff to sommelier team to chef and food of course. Wow. Venison tataki, octopus, and bake ricotta were insanely perfect. And we're picky.....this to me is in the realm of blue hill and per se and del posto....thanks again everyone. Jeremy
The Best Restaurant in Aspen! Every item on the menu are creative and use the freshest ingredients! Being from California, it's nice to find a restaurant in the mountains that is not heavy on cream or butter. The vegan Scallops are amazing! The waiters are top notch and bartenders are amazing ( and cute!). It's always a new experience since their menu changes a few times over the season. It's well worth your time
Among the best meals I've ever had! The heirloom tomato and strawberry salad was amazing! The trout was lick-your-plate fantastic! I tried dessert- a lemon custard with berries, it was Superb but I was way too full at that point! Leah the bartender was also just the sweetest! I travel and eat out alone quite a bit and it's always nice to have a little conversation!
