Apartment is great but parking is frustrating. I’ve been living here for 6 months and still haven’t been able to get a parking spot. I was recently told the waitlist goes until June and was advised to park on the street about 450 m away. What makes this more frustrating is that there appears to be plenty of parking within the shared compound across the buildings, yet no temporary solution is offered to residents. Been a great year can’t wait for many more. Always clean and very friendly managers. Everyone is so nice!
I have lived here for over four years now. The downfalls are there is absolutely no visitor parking for my guests and family, nor street parking. Anyone who wants to come see me has to park at the end of the street which is totally unacceptable. Also the carpets are continuously stained due to the big dogs with no weight restrictions that live in the building. On the upside, the superintendent’s are outstanding and always accessible. I am continuing to monitor my options for another rental.
My move in went without any issues, Karen and Ronald have been amazing through the entire process, the building and unit are clean and well maintained, it’s such a great place and so close to everything.I went from an hour commute to 8 minute commute to my office! I highly recommended this building.
