Update : i moved in last year November, now its july still they can't help me get a parking spot.. Apartment is great but parking is frustrating. I’ve been living here for 9 months and still haven’t been able to get a parking spot. I was recently told the waitlist goes until June and was advised to park on the street about 450 m away. Apartment is great but parking is frustrating. I’ve been living here for 6 months and still haven’t been able to get a parking spot. Been a great year can’t wait for many more. Always clean and very friendly managers. Everyone is so nice!
I have lived here for over four years now. The downfalls are there is absolutely no visitor parking for my guests and family, nor street parking. Anyone who wants to come see me has to park at the end of the street which is totally unacceptable. Also the carpets are continuously stained due to the big dogs with no weight restrictions that live in the building. On the upside, the superintendent’s are outstanding and always accessible. I am continuing to monitor my options for another rental.
