I had an apartment with *********** Apartments in ***** ******* TX which was owned by BH Management. I recently paid an eviction off and tried to get the judgement removed from my credit but was not able to accomplish after months of emails and phone contact to get this issue resolved still no response. I have contacted them on several occasions and norhing. The court told me that they have to release it un order for it to be removed from my credit. It's been nothing but a big headache. I have moved in on someone else dirt & germs. I was shown a beautiful demo apartment & a beautiful empty apartment & told they were all true to sight. I had not seen my apartment it was being made ready for my move in I was told.....that was a lie, the way tenants moved out that's way they gave it to me.
