Attempted to get a grill from out of state. A lot of run around and lack of communication! Could be better customer service if you are in-state and can physically go in, but from my experience as an out-of-state customer, my business has not been a priority. Just commenting to provide feedback for the establishment as a consumer. Best of luck.
