Recommendedthey were very informative and very caring when I had my cancer surgery and I may have to return soon pending another diagnosis
never in my life have i been treated so poorly everything is either broke dont work or they dont have it .. cant get a simple cup of ice or practice proper hygiene because the dont even have a working shower for a entire floor ive seen jails with better accommodations when I found out I had cirrhosis of the liver I moved halfway across the country come here to be treated by this Hospital and in my opinion it's probably one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made

I am extremely disappointed with the care my Mother received. Her care can be summed up on his discharge - they told us to get the car and she would be down in ten minutes. Forty-five minutes later we had to go in and have the receptionist call - because they FORGOT her. We felt they forgot her, her entire visit. If she called for a nurse or PCA it took 30-45 minutes for someone to come. When they came they were great but it took a long time and it happened more times than not. RecommendedWhy did I wait so long on switching my ENT physician?!? Dr Chio was thorough and able to offer insight far beyond my previous ENT. Time will tell if hearing and comfort improve, but for the first time in 6-7 I feel confident that snare on the right track. Thanks Dr. Chio!
