Waited 1.5 hours and never saw the Doctor. This is the 3rd time this has happened with no explanation as to why the wait. I told the gal, Rose I could not wait any longer. She asked if I wanted to reschedule. I told her I would fine a new Doctor. To be clear Rose was very kind and understanding.
