RecommendedMy doctor, Dr. David Sharp and his staff are awesome! Also all the staff and people at the James are compassionate, caring and helpful. I had kidney cancer that was little tricky and that's why I was recommended to the James and Dr. Sharp. I can't say enough about this hospital. They go the extra mile for their cancer patients. RecommendedThe nurses and doctors are emazing however I do not recommend the EMERGENCY ROOM you WILL BE THERE 12-24 hours waiting if your being admitted
RecommendedGive Mark (RN) that works nights in tower 7 on the 7th floor a raise. I have spent literally years in hospitals all over the country (my husband is military) and I have never felt more compassionately cared for. There was a problem with my meds (doc issue not his) and he resolved it quickly and was so professional. He is literally the best nurse I have ever had. Give this man a raise. my brother had surgery there last Aug and was supposed to be home in few weeks but he ended up being there till Feb and had to come home to yet another hospital and found out his cancer was all through him. we got him home in April to pass and he died 4 days later.
RecommendedI spent 2 weeks on the 4th floor after having a stroke..the nursing staff and pca staff were the very best ever encountered..the re-hab therapy staff were absolutely the very best...I'm writing this after my 1st outpatient therapy..they could not believe how far I've come, and all the instruction that my wife and I were given, you guys at Dodd are Angels...Dr. Strickland rocks too! Very Professional,Prompt,!!
