My daughter has laid in there for over 25 hours with accute appendicitis and NOTHING is being done except having pain meds pushed. She's literally suffering and thinking she's going to die. She's in a life threatening situation and OSU doesn't care!!!
I was barely able to walk through the doors and was not asked if I needed a wheelchair, even after making it very clear that I, someone with a spinal injury, am in more pain than I have felt in my life. Ended up having to ask for one, which ended up bring extremely broken. I came in with full body pain with an added sharp pain in my left side and severe diarrhea, vomiting, and numb, tingly hands, and haven't eaten in 4 days (to keep it short). Very caring and thorough.
It was great to see vets that really care. My little Sampson has a back problem. They were so thorough and caring. Made myself and Sampson feel so much better. Even though we did have to pay in advance I was told we have a credit on our acct which we can use when he’s rechecked next month. Thank you OSU!
If I could give this place a zero, I would! If you have something seriously wrong, do not go this hospital!! Your life depends on it.

My Autistic son has received the best care here. Every staff member has been understanding, caring, and accommodating to his disability. I can’t thank them enough for being inclusive.

I have never seen a vet or veterinarian hospital so worried about payment before the care of an animal in my life! We gave them $300 before they even ask the problem with the animal and then they were rude for no reason, making us feel as if our animals issues weren’t as important them most and not taking time to ask any questions, left us sit for 3 hours because they wrote our number down wrong, when we finally ask what was going on, it was AGAIN all about the money and Luke pulling teeth to find out what was going on with ... read more
