Surgery mistake Dr. Kanu Goyal "forgot to compete a step" in my husband's carpal tunnel/tendon transplant surgery, which resulted in a second surgery being necessary two days after the initial surgery. My husband was promised no charges for the second surgery, as this was completely due to Dr. Goyal's negligence. Worst, most disorganized facility I've ever been to. My 4th procedure here and the 3rd of which they send me right back home after arriving. Two hours each way of driving. OSU wexner needs shut down.

Our hearts were bruised and shattered as we had to transport our Archie Doodle there on a Sunday morning (yesterday). He collapsed early in the morning while being out to potty. We were able to get him to OSU and in the hands of some of the most experienced and caring people I have ever met. They were consoling and comforting and let us ask questions while they wanted to know everything possible about our sick boy. I came to be seen for a throat condition only to have my appointment delayed because I cleared my throat. The doctors here apparently cannot decipher between covid and throat conditions. Be wary.

I went to the spine center. I had a video appointment. The doctor ordered an MRI for my back. After an insurance denial and finally getting the mri approved it turns out the doctor ordered the mri for the wrong part of my back. I found this out when he called me to tell me my lower back looked fine, I reminded him that the issue was my middle back.
