Dr Bertran was to very sweet to my 10yo Berner. She took time to answer all of my 8 kazillion questions and explain the chemistry behind the symptoms. My dog had a ethanol ablation done to her parathyroid and it worked!! She explained the risks, followed up with me constantly. Everyone was so friendly from the volunteers to the many doctors and students that cared for us.
The James thus far has exceeded our expectations of taking care of my aunt with our sudden turn of events with a diagnosis that none of us ever expected! Thank you to all you've done thus far and keep up the awesome jobs that ya do! �
My dad had surgery yesterday and the staff was amazing. They kept us informed every 2 hours while he was in surgery. I'd recommend this hospital to everyone. Thank you for your hospitality.
