Heard several stories of unethical staff behavior bordering on HIPAA non-compliance. Upset that my mother has had delays in treatment or rescheduled appointments due to physician unavailability. One of the largest hospitals in the country and they don't have another physician to cover? Disappointed they don't "RESEARCH" alternative treatment including hyperbaric/heat instead crawling back into bed with big pharma and their outdated, questionably effective YET HIGHLY PROFITABLE chemo and radiation...
Checked into an exam room yesterday by a very polite nurse who took all my vitals and blood draw. Then waited for 2 hours and never seen anyone. Left a polite note and walked out.
I had a bilateral inguinal hernia repair along with an adductor tendon release on July 20, 2017. All of the staff were incredible. They took the time to answer every question I had, the surgery happened when it was scheduled, and I was on my way home less than six hours after I walked in. I was really pleased with their efficiency, professionalism, and their positive attitude. Thanks for the great care.
Worse service I ever had and the lack of professionalism just terrible to get no results and going to charge me thousands of dollars
I went in the er because my blood glucose was 511 and was told the average wait was 9 hrs just to get a bed. I have recently just moved to Columbus and I will never return to this hospital. It's not worth losing my life over.
So incredibly blessed and thankful to The James and every single doctor, nurse, coffee baristas, registrars, radiation staff, etc. for their kindness, care, and daily smiles. Stage 3c melanoma means I will go here for the rest of my life there is absolutely no where else I'd rather go for my care!!!
Had surgery yesterday to remove tumors from my bladder S/O 2 my doctor Megan Merrill excellent job also a S/O to her team they were great also thanks
