Unfortunately for us when we went in to see if we could get some professional opinions about how to care for my boyfriend’s beard we were met with a young gentleman, (clean shaven) while extremely nice had literally no knowledge. While it’s good to point out pleasing scents and such you would probably sell a lot more if you could actually educate the customer on what each product does and maybe even have some personal experience with using them.
