I can't say enough about Matt Carroll and his team! We actually were really disappointed by our realtor and switched to Matt and it made an immediate and significant impact on selling our home! The pool is a black water disgusting mess with plants and bugs in it. The picture with the screened balcony off the master bedroom is a farce. Its a terrible mess with torn screens. The yard is an absolute disaster that has not been maintained for a very long time.
