My dental hygienist was a new woman, Nancy. I really enjoyed meeting her and even though she was new and didn't have everything down yet, she was very pleasant and good humored.
Dr. Wych and his team go out of their way to make their patients comfortable, explain what needs to be done and the options, and discuss the patient's investment if needed. They also get together regularly to discuss how they can improve their patients' experience. I know because they invited me to share with them my own strategies for improving the experience.
