Not sure if this survey applies to the cleaning last month or the whitening visit yesterday. These answers apply to the cleaning visit.
I was not told ahead of time that I wouldn't be seeing Dr. Wych which I would have liked to know. During the initial part of my cleaning (the scraping), Mendy never once asked me how I was doing but it was all I could do to get through it. I found it very uncomfortable compared to all my previous visits and almost to the point where I am very anxious now about coming back.
