I have lived at 9th avenue apartments for a year and a half, and while the property isn't perfect, the on-site staff here have always been nothing but fantastic and the maintenance team has always done their best to respond promptly and treated me with respect. These people are crooks. Always finding a way to charge you a fee or extra or something . Absolutely no grace period on rent and now i have a NSF fee on my rental history although my rent is paid in FULL. You cant contact them when you need them but trust they will burn a hole on your line if it’s something they need from you. Ive been a very unproblematic tenant, rents paid on time every month for 16 months. I make one mistake over a lock out fee and now threatening eviction although my rent is paid. These pictures were taken from the apartment my daughter had at the 9th Avenue Apartments. Zoom in and look at what is growing on the vents. TAG also price gouge - rent must be paid through an app that charges $40 EACH TIME IT IS USED. There were roaches in the apartment and when the complex sprayed the tenants were charged. The tenants were charged an exhorbitant fee after they moved out and the deposit was kept. The Ardizzone group are crooks. Haven't lived in their property for 5 years they told me I was good whenever I left even spoke with Pam after leaving your ratty Aspen Pointe. So this company bought out the apartments and immediately raised rent. No updates nothing. Then finally I escape the hell hole and after asking Pam says I'm all good. So years later there's a lawsuit saying I owe over 500.....honestly if you're thinking of moving here or any other of their properties I suggest you pay the higher dollar for a less slum-l... read more
