Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit einem geräumigen Bad. Alles war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Die Lage ist wirklich top. Viele Restaurants sind in der Nähe und die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß oder mit der U-Bahn erreichbar. Der Preis war etwas höher, aber angesichts der Lage und der Sauberkeit immernoch okay. Besonders praktisch fanden wir es, dass man sein Gepäck vor dem Check-in in Schränken in der Lobby unterbringen kann. The hotel sent a cancellation notice on the day of the reservation. We called Marriott customer service to help find alternative accommodation, but they would not help to find an cost-comparable alternative in the area. They did issue a refund, but we are now stuck with finding a last minute hotel which will almost certainly be double of what we had originally planned to pay.

If there were a zero rating, I would give it. I booked this hotel 7 months ago and prepaid because I needed to stay for a 3-day concert, but my reservation was cancelled 1 hour before check-in due to overbooking. I had already received the keypad code the day before, but when I arrived, the keypad did not work. Marriott customer service told me that the original two nights could not be rebooked due to overbooking, but one night was available at a higher price, so I booked it. they offered luggage lockers for guests coming into town prior to check in time, which was convenient. the check-in process was fairly simple, all contact free and done remotely through an app, codes provided for building and room access. there are no on-site staff in the event of issues with check-in, but we didn’t have any problems with that. I made a reservation 11 months in advance and they cancelled my reservation 3 hours before check in They said they had no other rooms at other locations but when I searched for other sonder locations there were They told me a refund was on the way but it wasn’t and i had to call to get it done and was on hold for almost 30 minutes
