Anonymous Stay away!!! Newly renovated apartments, but with pour quality construction. If you try to clean the painted walls with even water, it will take the one coat of paint right off. There is still construction going on and even though it was promised to be done by March of this year! Management is horrible and are not normally there during their designated concierge hours. would not recommend pros: newly renovated, 24 hour gym, indoor parking option, pet friendly - i.e. amenities cons: Concierge hours - note not 24 hours, and not available 50% of time during stated business hours. Poorly ran operation I've been living in this building for 3 years and since the purchase of the building by Morgan not much has changed. Management cares more about suckering people into paying outrageous rent than actually caring for the residents in the building. The parking garage was newly renovated a few months ago and in a matter of months still has water leaks and has become just as dirty as it was before. Archer Apartments My apartment is comfortable to live in and it's gives me the ability to have a tree or paint a big picture of one on my living room wall. In this apartment I can grow just as that tree can. It gives me the ability to travel on the bus and using a vehicle, my kitchen is a great size and it gives me the opportunity to feed the world.
