My apartment is currently 82° and raising. I originally thought something was wrong with my unit, but it seems it be a management issue of not turning the air on for the building. I put in a maintenance request and have not heard anything back from the new management because they “go in order”. It seems there should be a priority for bigger issues
No idea how this place can claim to be Luxury housing??? Currently sitting in 90 degreee heat with no A/C because the new owners are not turning the A/C system on until the end of the month. Apparently they don’t believe in climate change and think this heat is random and a one time thing. This is going to happen every year!!! So why do you not allow residents that pay for their own utilities in full access to their AC?!?!?!
I especially like the 24 hours front desk service
The building itself is beautiful, always clean, and really well maintained. You can tell management takes pride in the property.
