Don't move here. Locks are broken and maintinance never fixes them. Managment never does their job and this place will be late to do anything for you by several months if not a year. I'm convinced these "high" ratings are purchased reviews as I've never met a person on my floor who had a pleasant time living here.
The leasing agent, Sharnita is extremely diligent and helpful. I am renewing my lease and to be honest I wasn't thinking about staying but Sharnita really made a huge impact on my decision, now hopefully management comes through as well
We toured the Arch yesterday and it was a great experience. The rooms were impressive and centrally located in the city. Sharnita answered all of our questions and was friendly and helpful.
Great place to live, staff is very attentive. Handyman is allways able to help
