The leasing agent, Sharnita is extremely diligent and helpful. I am renewing my lease and to be honest I wasn't thinking about staying but Sharnita really made a huge impact on my decision, now hopefully management comes through as well

We toured the Arch yesterday and it was a great experience. The rooms were impressive and centrally located in the city. Sharnita answered all of our questions and was friendly and helpful.

As of this review, this wonder apartment building has been out of power for 36 hours and counting, providing residents with the coldness, darkness and lack of basic necessities like water to sustain life.
