Beautifully maintained building and stunning Mountain View suite. But one year in, what truly makes my renting experience with this particular centurion property special is the expertise and dedication of my building manager Carol Ann. She has never in one instance failed to meet my needs as a tenant and always shows up with a bright smile and admirable responsiveness. Rent here if you care about a community of good people, and a hands on building manager who puts everything at ease for you.
I would research the reviewers here as im sure most of them are made up by Centurion property associates. These apartments are tiny for the price. Appliances are low grade and inefficient. Ventless dryer leaves a thick layer of dust over everything. I left a negative review a few months back and I am receiving what seems to me vindictive treatment from management. The building manager (Carol Anne) replaced my dead fob right away when I asked on a Friday evening. I really appreciated her quick response time and effort to get it done right away.

I’m one month in to calling The Arc home and I have nothing but positive things to say about the environment and management! All of the residents (and their furry friends) that I have come in contact with have been very kind. The location of the building is a huge bonus with everything you could need being within walking distance.
