I’m one month in to calling The Arc home and I have nothing but positive things to say about the environment and management! All of the residents (and their furry friends) that I have come in contact with have been very kind. The location of the building is a huge bonus with everything you could need being within walking distance. I'm new to the building and really want to share my appreciation for Carol, the building manager, and the entire Centurion team—especially Ryan and Adam, who took care of a few small repairs in my apartment. We're so happy to be living here! Keep up the great work!
I just sadly moved out of The Arc! I spent over 3 years there and love this place! The apartment is in a good size and good floor plan. The building manager (Carol Anne) is very sweet and dedicated! She is always on top of everything and very easy to deal with. The building is very clean and organized.
Had a problem with our heating and the building manager came over within an hour and fixed it. Always kind and will go out of their way to support tenants.
Love this place. It's quiet, people are friendly, dogs welcome. Management is pleasant and responds quickly to any questions or concerns.
