We moved in here in August 2015. It was not move in ready. It still isn't. Things that are broken that are hazardous. A dishwasher that doesn't clean anything. Multiple requests for maintenance, being told things aren't "broken enough" to fix or that they'll just replace it with something of equally non functioning quality.
