Been here for almost a month and things are going great. Extremely thankful for the help of Catherine through the whole moving process(I like a lot others don’t read everything lol) but none the less she is very helpful! Very proud of the measures management is taking trying to do their part during this pandemic going on! While not easy...adjustments have to be and I appreciate all the info that is being sent out. Thanks!
Off late the security around the Building is serious concern. Observed many occassion's of things getting stolen and management is hapless and not helping streamlining anything.
The maintenance is quick and done correctly.

Loving life at the Arboretum!! Have lived here for 2 years!! Love the schools, they are the best in all Charlotte area, and have a shopping center across the street. Its quiet and safe. They just gave us new windows, new carpet and new flooring. The team is happy and sweet always busy around campus! Im happy to live here!!
