I wish I could rave about this apartment because on its face, it's excellent. The apartments themselves are genuinely lovely, the windows are great, the neighbors (aside from upstairs neighbors ignoring what should be quiet hours) are wonderful, and the location is incredible. If that's all that mattered, this would be an easy 5 out of 5. But the property manager is entirely absent - I don't just mean they're not responsive, I mean I question whether they exist. New to the building, which is new itself. The apartments are bright and cheerful. The new building manager and the building super have both been great - responsive, helpful, and easy to contact. The location is unbeatable for walkability and access to the Metro. And Donut Run, Lost Sock, Takoma Beverage, and the restaurants of downtown Takoma are all within blocks.
